Turning crankshaft rotation bolt while bike is in gear

I just replaced my CCTs and have been rotating my engine in the process. I started by using the rear wheel rotation method with the bike in 6th gear, and then switched to rotating the engine via the bolt on the crankshaft (behind the 10mm allen key cap). I left the bike in 6th gear after switching methods. Could the extra resistance cause the crankshaft bolt to loosen, or create any other problems? Everything seems fine, but I want to make sure I don't need to re-torque the rotation bolt or anything...

Did the bolt break loose or otherwise rotate?

Nope, bolt didn't break loose or rotate. I'm probably just being paranoid...?

Paranoid and using the bolt as intended.

Cool, thanks for bringing me back to sanity.
