hey

I guess I should have made this easier, for an idiot that doesn't know a lot about suspension, I want to do track days with the stock settings and let the track organizers help me adjust to my riding style, I run rebuilt stock front and rears and weigh 205lbs what are the stock preload dampenimg, and ride height

First and foremost, you should familiarize yourself with the term sag, and check out the link.

The standard setting is too soft in the front and too hard in the rear...... but that can be corrected.

If you are saying that you would like to run all stock components, then you will have issues at your weight.

You really need springs and valving to set the bike up for your weight (and riding style)

I wasn't sure on that either. Rebuilt but all oem forks? If so, you'll never achieve correct sag @ your weight.
