I have bought a bike sitting since 2013 any thoughts on turning it over was. had no oil in it when stored? Was worried about cam chain tensioners

Id squirt a bit of oil on the cylinders before turning over...
I would change oil and coolant before first start.
I would crank it over no spark plugs for 20-30 sec, then put plugs in, then start so it can build oil pressure with no compression before first start.
Were it me, id pull And replace the ACCTS with manual CCTs before first start, if your not going to do that Id suggest at least removing and inspecting the front ACCT for corrosion on the spring....then toss it in the bin and install a MCCT...LOL

I’d pretty much do the exact same thing as Erik suggests. Good luck.
