replacing bent rim (ft)

hey guys (and gals), like the description says... i got a bent front rim, it's way off center. the only reason i've held off on replacing it is because it doesn't wobble at all and it hasn't really bothered me. but now i'm planning on replacing it soon (front tires due for a change) and i'm wondering if i have to replace the spacers and axle as well. any info would be great. thanks.

ps... if anyone has a straight front rim e-mail me at apbrian112@hotmail.com with how much you want including shipping to 91206. thx!

If the spacers and axle are not bent, then you can reuse them.

If you can't find a wheel, check out one of the wheel repair companies...

Here's one that I found after a quick Google search...
http://www.framestraightsystem.com/Alloywheel.htm

I'm shure their are others closer to you. I found one here in WA that repaired a M/C wheel for me for about $80.

Good Luck

As soon as my bolt problem is resolved on the CBR wheel, I'll have a front rim up on ebay (12k miles on it).

I'll keep ya posted.

I went back and checked... Here's the guy I used:
http://www.thewheelmaster.com/

He repaired my Dymag (I was rearended), and didn't even scratch the finish. Though I was off a bit on the cost... try $180, not the $80 as I previously quoted.

This may not be usefull as you can probably pick a used wheel for less than that.
