Rear axel bolt size?

Hi all, In need to adjust chain again, does anyone know the rear axel bolt size socket? i dont have one to fit so need to get one from local garage supplies but dont fancy winging a guess. is it 27mm?

Bolt hex head = 22mm socket
Nut hex head = 27mm socket
