R/R installed...Now lost right rear brake and turn signal...

Hey all,

After all the the hand holding with the R/r ground location it is installed. However another issue has popped up. I seem to have lost my right rear brake light and right rear turn signal. Both brake lights work at the pedal, but at the bar the right lights for a few seconds then begins to flicker. Front right turn signal works fine, nothing at rear.

During the r/r install, I cut and sealed the red and green wire coming off the old OEM harness. In Tweety's "The whys and the hows" this seemed to be ok. When looking at the wiring diagram the green wire which I'm assuming is a ground seems to run to the right rear brake light and then to the flasher relay. Just wanted to eliminate this as my problem before I move to something else. I checked the brake light switch at the handlebar and seems to be ok. Also jumped the wires going to that switch and the same flickering occurs. Lights for a second or two then right begans to flicker.

I also had the fairing off numberous times as I was installing Apex riser as well. Possible I knocked something loose? Thoughts anyone ? As always ..thanks
