R/R I bought is bigger than thread pics!

R/R I bought is bigger than thread pics!

OK so I got a RR on ebay that was supposed to be an R1 unit. But it is way bigger than the sticky thread pics. It has 2 plugs. Anyone use one of these successfully?

yup i did.. looking at the r/r the wire should go YYY RG yellow yellow yellow red green.. R/r work great stay very cool doesn't heat up

oh you have to bolt it under the tail.. it wont fit under seat either.. just tape the connection up real good with black tape and bolt it under. you got the 04 version which is a lot bigger

Thanks man. That is what I thought based on the sticky thread. My thought was to maybe cut the fins a bit shorter to fit on the side since they are a good inch long+ which is way bigger than the R6 shown in the threads.
