quick shifter help
 

quick shifter i got of another bike so iv no instructions, its a healtech unit. all very simple. ot so you would think.

iv a red wire to power it.

iv a black wire to earth it.

then the problems, iv two green wires left. but what or were do they connect to? i have read the internet to death,iv had god knows how many ways to wire it up sugested but im still no further on... wire them to the coils? yeah but which wires on the coils? wire them in before the ecu, after the ecu. pulse generator. wiring loom etc etc etc the list goes on.

has anybody a concrete answer to these two green wires ??
iv actually seen over a dozen diagrams all of which make either no sense or are different in some way.

Can`t help you with the install as I had it done by my tech during my rebuild two years ago. What I can say is that it works superbly!

well in the end i plumped for wiring it into the pulse genny wires down at the water pump end... and after trying it on the road i wish id got a shifter years ago. bloody gret fun and major bangs bangs and flames every gear change..
