Pulling the ROTOR

has anyone pulled the rotor before? if so what did you use as a puller for it? i am thinking a 3/4 inch pipe with 15 count threads, does that sound about right?
any help would be good as i am going to pull it off tomorrow some how.

After you remove the cover, it is held by three bolts. Let'em loose and you're done. A no brainer.

sorry i ment rotor...

The flywheel is 22X1.5mm (I believe) not 3\4 NPT

You need to get the motion pro puller if you can't find the proper size bolt.

Are you certain your stator is your problem?

3amta3 07-17-2011 12:20 PM

it is the rotor not stator. and no that is not the problem, the problem is behind the rotor. the starter clutch and gears are the problem. i have checked everything else and it is the only thing left to look at.
