Preemptive R/R Replacement
 

I want to replace the regulator rectifier before the meltdown. Does anyone have experience with this one? Thank you

Hey Squid. I worked at a used sportbike shop for about 4 years, not so long ago. I've replaced stators and R/R's on many many gixxers in that time. I'm talking a pretty decent amount. The shop owner always bought Ricks. Parts always fit as they were supposed to and worked properly first time. We never had a faulty unit.I would not hesitate to recommend their stuff to anyone.

On my first Hawk I used an R1 mosfet unit and for the new blue one, I bought a kit from Erik.
