plastic adjusters on top of forks

i've seen a couple of photos of bikes with a kind of plastic wing nut that goes on top of the fork for quick adjustment. does anybody know where to get them?

Preload Adjusters

They are called preload adjusters and there are plenty out there... i think most are alloy which would be a little better than plastic.

This is just one site, but do a google search and you shall find
