ouchh! was that my pipe?
 

well guys i managed to knock a big chunk out ofmy exhaust in the midpipe right after the y split.I am now the proud owner of a honda super-harley hawk. right now my bike is really obnoxious and my ears ring even with my helmet on. Has anyone had this or anyting similar happen.My friends dont want to ride with me because it is way to loud they say they cant even hear their bikes.this is not a crack it is a CHUNK.i need a quick fix cuz i dont have the cash for a full system and i dont wanna fuxx my motor up. but im still cool cuz yesterday i pulled up to a light a few(5or6 ) cars behind harley and revved my engine and i see him trying to se what i was riding until i split a few lanes and was beside him and saw him give a perplexed yet envious look for my honda harley-hawk was louder than his bike:mrgreen:

How, may I ask, did this happen?

a major road here is under construction and i stopped at a gas station on this road. the gas station's entrance sits a lot higher than the road so there is a steep little ramp to compensate the height difference and bang ouch that hurt. originally i thought i harmed the motor but just the exhaust. bout to post a pic

Look in google "pic host" There are lots of free ones. Host your pictures and then copy the url of the picture and put these tags around it:

If you want I've got a head pipe that has a dent in the front that I could sell for $20 + shipping.

are you sure its what I need?It broke rightwhere the s pipe from the rear cylinder meets the pipe from the front cylinder. u know right behind the motor.if u got this let me know ill send u a money order and when u get it send me the part.

It's one piece from the front cylinder to the back where the rear down pipe splits in half so it pretty much the whole exhaust except the slip-on and down pipe. Here's some pix of it, like I said it has a dent.
