It's not specified in the manual, but I would guess between 6k and 8k ohms.
I might add that if it's over 30k ohms, there is definitely a problem. No ignition high tension lead should ever have over 30k ohms resistance, regardless of length. Typical secondary coil winding resistance is usually somewhere around 1000 to 1500 ohms, plus or minus.

mikstr, just for your info:
I had my tank off today to replace the air filter, and I checked the rear coil resistance while I was under there. From the primary connector behind the tank to the spark plug terminal is 18.24k ohms.
