mystery squeak from front wheel

My bike is squeaking pretty loud when I'm pushing it around (forward and backward). I only notice it when my engine is off (although it could be happening all the time). It sounds like it's coming from the front wheel. I don't think it's the brakes (slightly applying the front brake does not change the noise), and it doesn't seem like it's the suspension either (bouncing up and down does not reproduce the noise). Does anybody have any ideas what this could be? Any suggestions on how to fix it? Are there lube points that I don't know about?

I already checked the service manual and the other threads, but couldn't find an answer that made sense to me. This noise is getting embarrassing in the parking deck. Thanks in advance.

Might be time to replace the wheel bearings.

+1. The new ceramic bearings look promising.

or if those are a bit too much at least look into ones with "no touch" seals ;)

Unbolt the calipers and get the wheel off the ground. If it still does it then I would be looking at your bearings and seals.
