Members, I am in need of some information
 

Gentlemen,

I am try to help out a fellow member in procuring a CDI Module for his 1999 VTR. I have -2- CDI modules BUT, I am not sure if they are 98/99/00 CDI Modules or 01-05 Modules. They are different.

The "designator" on MY '98 VTR CDI Module is "MBBA"

The "designator" on the -2- spare CDI Modules I have are "MBBL".

Can anyone of you fine gentlemen who have a 2001 -2005 Superhawk
please look at your CDI Module and confirm what the "designator" on your module is? Either "MBBA" for 98-00 or "MBBL".

I have a funny feeling that these module are for the 2001-2005 models as I also have a 2001-2005 wiring harness.

If yours isn't the correct year, I will gladly sell him mine, since your HRC unit replaced my stock '98.

Yeah that's right, lets see what turns up with the investigation

CruxGNC/cccolin,

get together with each other, the CDI modules I have are, I am pretty sure are 2001-2005 not the 98 like what you have CruxGNC.
