Help with measurements, please.

I need the measurements of the stock SH mirror bases, please.
Specifically, I need this, and the bolt diameter and length:

Yall ROCK! Thanks alot!! I am ordering a mirror mount for a go-pro camera and my stock mirrors are in a box somewhere in my shed...
