Hello, first off I wrecket the bike (picture below). The front was way twisted. I have replaced a lot on the bike (nothing to the front end). I found I could straighten the front end by losening up all the bolt to the triple tree and holding the front wheel straight twist and push things into place; and then tighten things back up. The problem is as soon as I ride the bike the front end un alignes it self!?!

I pulled the forks out today to see if I could tell if they were bent. I rolled the pipes on a flat table like a pool que. They were perfict, also twisted the pipes inside of the other gold color aloye composit peice and it still looked okay.

The top triple tree left side was a little bent from the wreck but no bad at all. The frame couldnt cause this problem?

So more road facts. After aligning the front by losening the triple tree bolts and tightening them back with front end straight. I ride, after some good wheelies and the front comeing down the front wheel will turn. The front end will become misaligned the same way every time. That is the wheel will turn a little to the left. I had been compisating by leaving the turned wheel alone and re-adjusting the handle bars. This has the handle bars adjusted to the wheel, but the right handle bar will be farther forward on the bike by a little under an inch. This really makes brining the front wheel down hard because its hard to guestimate how to bring it down straight!

Summary.
bike was crashed
front end is bent somewhere ? I dont know where
have any test to find whats bent?
any ideas ?

You can't really assess fork tubes on a "table." You'll need to use a dial indicator with the tubes in some vblocks at either end. And a small bend in the triple trees is a giant bend at the wheel. I'm betting both are bent.

Fork tubes can be straightened if they are not crimped or cracked. Triple trees need to be replaced.

Have you considered that the handlebar could also be bent?
