cylinderhead swap back to front???

looking at the head that i have with the valve embeded in it, i was wondering what makes the front head different from the back one, is it just the cct location, and if so why hasnt anyone tried to machine the opposing cct location and cap the other, it would just be a hole with 2 threaded holes next to it, the casting is already there just not machined

any differences other than the cct location

if it worked it would mean a bunch of heads would be availiable cheaper than buying a new one

I looked at them a little bit when I installed high comp pistons and the CCT location looks like the only difference to me.
