CCT dimensions

Hey guys on another forum for my KZ650 i came across a link to a guy who makes manual CCT's and i emailed him seeing if it would be possible to make one for our beloved hawk and he said that he had not made one YET but if i could supply him with some much needed data he would be more than willing to see what he could do, and the greatest part... only 30 bucks a pop!

so my question is does anyone have an old cct layin around that they could make some quick measurements for me on!?!

attached is the file i received from the guy and labeled are the measurements he needs to start making the product.

thanks fellas and i HOPE someone has a stocker laying around

Here is what I have measured. I started with the standard inches micrometer and had some problems, but after calibrating the metric gauge everything became clear.

Offset Plunger Body

A= 34.00 mm

B= 17.00 mm

C= 48.00 mm

D= 34.85 mm

E= 03.00 mm

F= 06.00 mm

G= 71.00 mm

H= 23.50 mm (Shaft Housing)

I made about 10 sets last year on my cnc at work but never really did anything with them. I installed a set on my bike and that's it. If you can get him to make them, is that $30 each or a set?
