Another Quick Tech questions - fuel vacuum signal

Does anyone know where to pick up the vacuum signal from the carb(s) so the fuel vavle opens? I don't know how the bike managed to run before, but now it will only runa short time, sputter and die, untill I suck on the nipple on the back of the fuel stopcock.

Look down by the choke pull.....look to the rear cyl.....there's a vacume port low on it.

Thanks! Took me a second to find it, but that was a big hand.

Uh oh, one more thing:
The bike seems to have a steady drip of fuel now... From a nipple on the bottom of the stopcock. There's a hose that runs to the front of the bike, but it seems to constantly leak there. Does this mean a seal in the vavle is bad, and that's a drain?

Any other thoughts?

Thanks!
