... not trying to open the oil debate up, this is specific to Amsoil. Those of you who use it in your VTR, do you go with the 10W40 synth or the 20w50 synth? I assume either is fine, but is one better than the other? I noticed the 20w50(which I have in now) has a heftier price tag, So perhaps I will go 10w40 next.

I run the 20w50 in mine since we have temps in the high 90s (F) all summer long. And we all know the VTR is prone to running a little hot when you get stuck in traffic.

i've used both, and didn't notice a bit of difference.
