After warm up Problems

Hey guys, My Vtr runs great until it warms up, and then it shuts down one of the cylinders. When it goes to one cylinder it tries to go back to two again and then completely runs on one. I replaced both coils and spark plugs but it continues to do the same thing. Can any buddy help me out????????

Start by looking at the vacuum hoses and petcock...
