#50 slow jets...anyone?

So as posted I just (freakin finally I know) put #48 slow jets in my bike. Changed my life and great improvement.

Has anyone used #50 jets? I ask since I ordered a pair of them just in case the 48s didn't do the trick. Wanted some feedback on if I can just throw them in my other vtr when no one is looking. ?

Aw man am I the pioneer here? How far off could it be? Its only the slow jet so may put them in to see. You cant return jets anyway so will post up when I do it.

No choke starting, 1/4 throttle transition weird. Like grandma with a push-up bra...why?

I tried them in mine it was horrible.
Way too rich, very sluggish response would stumble badly at low speeds and at idle on hot days even with mixture screws set to 1 1/4 turns.
Colder days I figured would be better but she wouldn't fast idle was so fat , started loading up.
That was when I had the BMC race filter, factory adjustable rotor and modified air snorkel with kerker race exhaust. With the factory Ti needles it loves the 48s.

Aw man so these things are $12 earings. I got them as a back up plan for the 48s but don't want to put them in the SSS bike for no good reason. Guess I'll pony up for more 48s.

I’ve got 50s in mine and it drinks fuel Like there’s no tomorrow for little noticeable gain. Just got 48s and dropping them in soon.

I'm at sea level and put some in years ago cuz I had 'em laying around. Would almost run decent if I screwed the fuel screws WAY in. Put 48s in and it's perfect until I get over 9000', then I turn my fuel screws in a bit if I'm going to be up there for a while. If not, I just turn the idle up for a bit and deal with it until I get back down below 4500'
