3000 RPM Hesitation

My Hawk runs great and I'll never complain about it but it seems to be a little slow getting up to 3000 but once it hits 3000 hold on because it takes off. Any reason for this or is it normal? I do not know if it has been jetted but it does have d&ds on it.

Sounds like the pilot circuit is not tuned correctly.
