You guys doing the big eyes should go there and see them live... Trust me... MotoGP is where the big bucks are, but they have got nothing on the Irish/IoM roadracers as far as balls to the walls matters... ;)

Most track racers would run home to mommy after contemplating doing what they do... These guys consider two hay bales and a string around a tree or signpost a safetymeasure (They started adding that a couple of years ago) and bumpy surfaces with jumps is just part of reality, in MotoGP they complain if the surface is rippled from cars braking, and demand additional airfences in spots around the course...

I can't tell you what year or what riders, but that's part of the NW200 course... I have been there a couple of times and seen them fly by... And believe me, they slow down for that jump... Quite noticably... So imagine the parts where they keep it pinned...;)

+1, and that goes for the fans at the IOM judging by where many of them choose to spectate from.

The Dunlops, John McGuiness and the likes are a whole different level of rider in terms of their management of fear of death. That said, I was sitting directly in front of that 13 yr old racer killed at Indianapolis, then the very next week another Moto GP death. Racing is certainly dangerous, but street riding is more akin to the IOM in terms of ratio of deaths albeit many don't seem to be aware of that fact.

That is awesome, but seeing this other video on that site was about the craziest (read=stupid) thing I've seen done in traffic.
