Flying Motorcycle for Real!
Check out Molnari's flying motorcycle. George Noory of Coasttocoast AM interviewed him the other night. Prototype is flying! It' a hybridization of a gyrocopter and a bike...the concept looks not only safe but really promising. I want one!

Here, I will help out, it does look pretty fun, a little ugly though.
Its naked!! YouTube - Flying motorcycle |
Google, YouTube or CoasttocoastAM web site
Lots of links on Google will take you to YouTube...some people must be to lazy to look for themselves... Great interview with inventor...look if you're curious.

Um nope not lazy. Im surfing on my phone so i won't look for it. Forum etiquette says if youre gonna talk about something that needs linking you link it. You were too lazy to post a link

From what I can see, it is just an autogyro nothing special. They have been around longer than helicopters. Do a google image search and find more variations on this than hairs on your head.

Yes it's a roadable autogiro or gyrocopter with what looks like pitch control horizontal stabilizer so it should be stall proof and capable of maintaining safe attitude as well as land anywhere. Four to one glide ratio and lands power out at twelve miles per hour. Pretty handy if you need to get out of dodge quickly.

1.More of a motorized gyrocopter than a flying bike really......
2.Its got 3 wheels so its really a trike. 3.zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz |
Bogie wheels retract as speed stabilizes ala motorcycle...I've flown enough to know the ride ought to be fairly exciting...especially at low altitude!

A bit far in (about 5 mins) but I think you'll remember this. Fish |
I'm curious to know what it costs to fill the tank on one of these and what engine it uses.

Let alone the silly bike, but whats with the goofy cloths, Reno Cops in action?
Oh and the facial makeup... |
The OP vid looks like a sh*t ton of fun, bike or not.
|
I think it's definitely like a flying helicopter.. Very cool but I think I would stick with a plane regardless.
it's a little ugly IMO and too exposed to the elements :p |
