I think it does however.... I don't like the current trend of dis-proportionate tail sections. Just like the new VFR, the tail looks too small for the rest of the bike. Just my .02

Saw one today at the bike show and all I can say is wow!!!
It's small, narrow and those girls made it look oh so damn sexy

You don't want a big whale tail on your woman, why would you want one on your bike?

Absolutely Bad-ass

Been a big duc fan since I first learned about motorcycles, the 888 being my fav, followed by the oh so classy 998, and then drool over Desmo D16RR, but this one is still growing on me, how ever the extened milage between valve adjustments and belt replacement (since there isnt one anymore) is VERY attractive. IMHO.

sure is purdy!

Don't get me wrong I am a big Duc fan, but I don't like the 1199. Its not balanced at all, there is nothing at the tail and this big chunk in the middle. The motor should be great, especially without the belt maintenance, but the style doesn't do it for me.

Of course I didn't like the 999, but the style grew on me a little. That being said I am yet to see a Paginale in person.

Its like some Ferrari's, people say they are pretty because they are Ferrari's. When in fact they don't look so hot.

This was the go-fast, L-twin Superhawk that was to be the Ducati Killer. Some of them still are depending on the rider. There's no doubt as Honda dropped out Ducati ramped it up. They own the waterfront now but I can't help but think Erik Buell is in the wings and I'm not sure Harley will not try another stab at the liter v-twin. The whole industry is in the toilet now. I drove up through Georgetown this PM. Honda's gone, Yamaha is gone. The Suzuki place is now a pool company.

Yeah, I'm always about the condition of my ride but I'm also watching the community of riders. Guys that were my age when I bought the Superhawk are now riding ZX-14's.
