Vesrah RJL's

My 2005 Hawk has stock forks with 320mm EBC rotors/BrakeTech adapter, braided Galfer lines, f4i calipers and f4i MC. I started out with new EBC HH pads. Performance was good but after 150 miles, I could not stand the buzzing and clicking. So this morning, following advice from 8541Hawk(Mike) I installed some Vesrah RJL VD-166/2/ RJL pads that I purchased from www.KurveyGirl.com
Wow what a difference. Noise and ticking are completely gone and performance from better initial bite to progressive power with great feel much improved hot or cold! Very fast bed in too- Thanks Mike! Mort

Glad to see another positive review. I've done quite a bit of research on what my next pad purchase will be and the RJL's have bee atop the list. My current HH's aren't bad IMO, but just OK. Now if they'd just hurry up and wear out so I can replace them!

thats good to know, not many have bad thigns to say about those pads. i tried to get some for my gsxr swapped calipers but they apparantly dont make them for my style calipers.

Yeah those RJL pads are sick. I couldnt believe the difference over HH EBCs. They last forever too. I put them on my racebike and had to change all my brake markers.

Would those pads fit a stock 98 superhawk?

No. To my knowledge Vesrah doesn't make an RJL pad that will fit stock SH calipers. You have to have F4i, 600RR, 929, 954, RC51, etc. calipers to get an RJL pad.
