Source for manual or pictures of a carb re-jet/re-build

Does anybody know of a link or an instruction set that will illustrate the disassembly and re-jetting of the Superhawk carb set?

I have purchased a second carb set, and I would like to take it slow and study all the fine details of the carbs and any necessary parts or gaskets I may need before I dig in to the carbs.

Is there a rebuild kit?, or can you just open it and clean it re-jet then re-assemble? What about float level? HOW to know its just right?

I read somewhere about a torn diaphragm on the side or some such caution.

I have a Ti Pro Jet kit , I would like to detail the "New Carb set" with a good cleaning and a new set of jets.

I have lots of time to spend detailing the new carbs with care and meticulous Quality Control.

I just need a good instruction set.... it would be optimum with lots of pictures.

MY BACK UP PLAN:
If I find the new setup is performing poorly,..
I have an untouched carb set that is known to perform waiting to get me back on the road same day.

Any suggestions?

Compared to an automotive carb, these are a piece of cake, very simple. Removing them for the first time is the hard part.

There is only one gasket, an o-ring type on the float bowl housing. It can usually be reused if still pliable.

The float level is fixed and not adjustable.

The best tip is...on reinstalling the diaphragm and needle/slide assembly, use a small screwdriver handle or something similar to prop the slide half way open in the throttle bore. That will make it easier to keep the diaphragm lip lined up. Also use a small screwdriver blade to hold the long spring in place, after stuffing it into its cavity.

There are lots of threads on the carbs.
