Very nice! What is the new front end originally off of?

Forks 2004 Honda cbr1000rr
Triples Honda cbr 929 Same bearings and everything.

Any input on the trail numbers. To tell the truth I am just going on what others have done on the forum.
old forks 138 mm with spacer in back
new forks 130 mm with spacer in back
Stock all that I can find is 97mm but not sure on that.

Nice, you will love the steering, it changed the bike completely.
