Fork swap, rad relocation ?

Quick question for those that have moved the radiators for clearance of the front rad hose,
did you position the horizontal connecting rad hose above the oil cooler ? below the oil cooler ? or in front of the oil cooler ? at the moment I have removed the rad bolts, cut around 3/4 inch of the right & left hoses and pushed the rads back, but just wondering about final position !? I have the hose above the oil cooler at present. left side moved back easily, right side not moving back as easy, but I think I'm o.k, Attachment 32578 Attachment 32579 |
Mine is on top, same as yours. It has been a while since I did the fork swap, but I don't remember any issues with the hoses and clamps.
You need to finish up and go get some bugs smashed on to that oil cooler, way too clean. |
