completly debaffled?

I completle gutted my stock exhaust and cut them down about 7 inches and it is loud like i wanted. Will i have any harmful lean or rich conditions i should worry about?

well today I put the fiberglass back in and welded the end caps on and bolted them up. I like the end result. now some grinding and alot of sanding ( I cant weld worth a damn) and they will look good.

Ha! Yeah, if he buys me a Duc 848, I'll buy him any pipes he wants, and throw in all the pizza and beer he can consume!

My Hawk is set up as a sport tour. With the PAIR valve operational, the combination of the loud pipes and the occasional explosion as I stopped was too much.

I went all the way back to stock pipes.

Sheesh!! The bike sounded like a TORO lawnmower.

Since then, I added APE CCT's and eliminated the PAIR valve (thanks to the forum for the good How To's!!) The baffelectomy pipes aren't nearly as loud as I remember them and , so far, the explosions are gone.
