Sure anything is possible if you really want it bad enough. I put an 03 cbr600rr front end and 02 vtec vfr rear end on a 96VFR.

My main concern with your proposed combo would be heat management of the side rads.

how would the tail section effect the rads?

I refer to a tail section as a cowl not a fairing. That VTR pic has RR front plastics but an Augusta tail. Sorry for the confusion.

I looked at that bike a couple of years ago and seem to recall it was from a euro vtr forum (swedish?). IMO, running a underseat exhaust on a bike with a swingarm not designed for it doesn't look very good.
