Another Lightened Flywheel

3 Attachment(s)
The owner can chime in if he wants...but Im posting just to show another lightened flywheel.

This one was to be a mid lightened version (as before no after weight reduction balancing to be done)

Like others I have worked on,, starting weight minus sprag clutch is 7lb 5/8 OZ. This has been very consistent.

This is from about midway through

With a final weight
6lb 4 3/4oz
Attachment 24045

Also very constant with finial weights I've been getting on the Ditchfield style job.

And the shot the owner wants to see....

Erik, thank you for the fast service. Unfortunately, it's December in Michigan, so by the time I get some riding weather, I might not notice the difference!!
If you can use any of those toolpost items, let me know, I'll make sure you get a good deal. Thanks again.

If someone is looking for a second flywheel to MOD while retaining the OEM one, or to minimize downtime.

$60 is at the lower end of what I see them go for.
