I seen a mod to a i believe a 600 fab'd to a super hawk upper. It was grey and fs on here about 2 months ago... It covered the front pipe think it had a rc51 fork setup with a single sided swing arm

Wouldn't it just be easier to do the whole thing?

RC51, CBR 600 something or other fairings, and even VFR fairings have been made to fit...

I agree with you Tweety, I would really like to swap out the entire fairing and it would probably be an easier project but sometimes your wallet might be a little empty or someone offers you an RC51 lower very, very cheap and you want to explore the possibilities.

The thing is, the oem fairing is kind of shaped in a unique way, since it's a half fairing... Not that many other bikes are that way... And with all the others being part of a big whole fairing, it's highly unlikely it will be close enough to make it fit without some extensive cutting & plasting work...

That's the exact plan I have...Trying to decide between getting a seperate track bike, or modding the Hawk more and getting RC51 race fairings
