V2 SPONGE MOTORCYCLE HELMET VISOR CLEANER
 

I read about the V sponge a while ago in MCN (the US MC mag not Brit website) and recently found them* for a reasonable price and purchased a couple but probably will not have an opportunity here soon to give this sponge a real field test.

Has anyone used this sponge for a while and will offer their opinion as to its efficacy and that it does not scratch a typical helmet face shield and fairing wind screen?

A little spit and a handkerchief has worked great for me for years :)

A buddy of mine uses a small square of cotton cloth and a small spray bottle full of Rain-X glass cleaner that he hides under his seat.

Since you ordered a couple, why not do a review for us? It would be neat to hear your views on it.

I plan to do a review but time and weather means it may be a while.
