Undertail exhaust

OK, any suggestions on undertail mod without spending a fortune on a kit, or needing to know someone that does custom work? Can the setup off an RC51 work, with a little effort?

As there's nothing off the shelf - you'd need to get fabrication work done. RC51 exhaust is larger diameter so again you'd need custom work to get it to work. Are you thinking of doing it for looks or for performance increase?

Thanks for the advice. I'd be doing it just for cosmetics. I really didn't think there would be a way without some custom pipe work. Just putting it out there, you never know from time to time if someone, somewhere figured out a new way to do something, right? PS: Good looking ride, stay safe

Not mine - they are from the UK VTR1000.org site.

Here's another

Custom exhaust work is not that expensive. Buy a random muffler, fabricate a way to mount it, then bring it to exhaust shop to have them route it.

standard exhaust position looks best in my eyes
