Wow.. drastic difference. I do have a question though, what is the thingy called that will make my signals blink slow again? Right now they are very rapid

if they blink fast you wired them backwards

I wired them backwards at first and they didn't blink at all in the back. I thought it was some resistance thing that caused them to blink faster?
