So my superhawk 2003 vtr1000. I don't have side ferings just my head lamp fearing mounting system. I am trying to put a new wind screen on my bike but only have 2 places. Mount the screen onto my head lamp any ideas on what I would need to make it secure

 

I have a 250 pice fearing kit and need to know what peaces to use

 

250 piece? Go on a place like Ronayers.com and look up the microfiche for the bike so you can see how everything goes together. Without the side fairings on the bike nothing is actually holding the headlight and headlight fairing on the bike (break out the zip ties). Yes the headlight has two plastic ****/nipples/whatever you call them that fit into the fairing stay, but nothing else to hold it onto the rest of the bike without the side fairings. The side fairings have four mounting points via brackets (2 per side) to the frame, plus one small screw per side on the inner part of the bottom of each side fairing (plus the mirrors, which the windscreen fits around/against).

 

Yea that part i know I was trying to figure out how to hold the windscreen to the bike but I figured it out zip ties and clip on screew nuts and my faring bolts works fine adjusted the head light and golden thank you
