DIY Sidemarkers
I noticed besides the head/tail lights there are not any side markers that stay on. I had some old LED strips laying around so I tapped into the Lic. Plate light and wala side markers. Day/Night Shots.

How do you have your passenger pegs spaced out to allow for the muffler cans?? Oh yeah, nice light....
2" Thick walled copper pipe and 3 1/2" Bolt. Works quite well... Oh yeah, thanks.. :)
May as well take off the passenger footpegs if they arent used?
Good mod btw |
Thanks. I threw them on so I wouldn't chance losing them during the move after I bought it.

Hey I have those, I just redened them...

Just do a krylon dip or what? The red doesn't look half bad.
Yeah its the stuff made for plastics.
How long are the T-rex sliders, not including the base?
4.5" long by 2" diameter.
Thanks!
You're welcome. They were a snap to install.

The T-Rex really are a beneficial add-on. My father just low sided his 98' S-hawk last month /with a pair of those installed. Bike skidded across asphalt about 30 feet, before coming to a halt in the grass. Handlebar ends, sliders, and the front corner of the exhaust can got the worse of the damage. The slider was ground pretty good- yet all was very salvageable. Well, A lot better than his pride.

For something like $60 shipped it has to be one of the best add ons.
