Billy`s Streetfighter Project
6 Attachment(s)
With me jumping around and converting my VTR into a Cafe racer, my son has decided to make his older VTR into a streetfighter.
He has not gone into great dollars with this build, and he has done all the work and painted it himself, so I thought I would share some of his pics with you as he is not a member of this forum. As a matter of fact he has not even got a computer at home..ha Attachment 25312 Attachment 25313 Attachment 25314 Attachment 25315 Attachment 25316 He is still tossing around in his head what to do about the exhaust and the seat unit. P.S. how's he planning on hiding the electronics? Bwahahahahahah:D:D Yer unfortunately he looks tooooo much like Freddie Mercury!! But Its for a good cause, he has raised close to $500 for Prostrate cancer research this month. As for the electronics, his plans are of course to cheat off the old man and retain part of the plastic battery box and stuff most of what he can in and around that. |

Shortening up the sub-frame can be a little tricky, he is trying to make it suit the short gun fighter seat, yet still have some room to hide all the electrics and battery.

I really like the look of those DanMoto conicals you got there. How do they sound? Any chance you could get a video or sound clip of the bike running?
Thanks |

Looks awesome...the only thing disturbing me whenever removing the plastics are the radiators...but thats just my personal taste though...:)
I am on a similar project and will definitely go with a front radiator. Cheers |
Wow! That looks flippin' amazing fella :)

This thread is worthless without SOUND CLIPS!!! :)
Ok, maybe not worthless, but it would sure be cool to hear that bad boy run! |
