FINALLY got my hawk done, till i want more i guess haha. got this bike 2 weeks ago and on the second day of owning it it threw the chain. while waiting on my new chain i was checking it over and found a charred r/r so i ordered a MOSFET kit. while waiting for those I did a full bafflectomy, the quick shift mod, and the kb carb setup.

i must say, this is probably the funnest bike i've been on in a while, it just puts a mile on my face every time. got in a good full days worth of riding today and am very happy thanks to the knowledge on this forum.

now to start saving for some trick parts/goodies :cool::cool:

thanks alot guys

Looking good and love the seat...

My advice get a factory pro jet kit because you might need to tune for the full bafflectomy

And look into suspension mods because they are deffinitely needed. Even though they can be pricey you wont believe the difference they make until you ride with them...

Good luck and happy riding

No need for jet kit IMHO

They're as black as the wheels.

A Carbonadi clutch cover would protect the scraped cover from any further mishap.

Could be ductile iron rotors or maybe some surface rust...?
