Immature Behavior
Just thought I would share some Washington rides from the past 2 years. One of which I re-edited with some tunage.
I recommend the HD quality... otherwise it's kinda fuzzy. I have 3 more for SoCal that I will try to upload in the next few weeks. |
Wow Squid, beautiful scenery! Wish I could join ya for a ride.
|
I'm inspired. I'm going up there next year!
|
The Cascades are about 2 hours hours away from my home. THe good thing is that after the first 45 minutes the Skagit River runs along the highway. Sometimes I get caught up on the long stretches looking at everything BUT the road. If anyone ever makes the trip weather gets better after May, I will have a spare room and a trip planned... If I'm state side.

Here are 2 more from SoCal on Azuza and GMR:

Wow, Great videos Squid!
Highway 20 looks like such a great motorcycle road, though the scenery is a distraction. That's why I want to ride again. I've been trading emails with a guy selling a Hawk in Oak Harbor, is that you? |
No, If it is MrRedline then that is my buddy. I will never sell the hawk, I love it too much. The roads are beautiful but gotta get out there and enjoy them before too long, you know?
|
You're a braver man than I. I wouldn't dare to get a bike over that far as cracked up and beat up as the road is in the latter two vids. Cracked pavement and tar snakes scare me.. of course so does traffic  I cant wait to actually get some miles under my belt again and get comfortable on the bike so that I can hit the track. Road Atlanta is way too close
|
insulinboy... I would imagine you are referring to the 2 CA videos? Yeh the road is pretty beat up but I worry about the low spots in the road where rain washed the cliff side sand across the road. Its bumpy but after you get in the groove and put more of your mind on corner entry and less on the scary stuff then you don't really notice it. That is a great road though.
