First superhawk, first project bike
 

Hello. I recently acquired this 98 from a friend (who for all I know is a member here). 36k miles, hasn't run in several years... I'm hoping to throw some fresh oil and gas in this weekend, wire up the battery and see if it comes close to starting. The choke cable is fairly stuck so we'll see how far I get. It has a fair number of mods but MCCTs is not one (yet). Many things to address before it can be ridden again, but I'm cautiously optimistic that will happen in 2025!

Cool. Keep us updated on your progress. CCT's are somewhat easy if you're mechanically inclined. Some very goo dhow-to's here on that. The MOSFET R/R swap is another easy one.
