Carb slide/shim mod...is she runing well(video)?

Hi, i did the slide block and shimmed the needles on the carbs(0,6mm front and 1,2mm rear). Still waiting for 48 pilots.
Is she running well? There are no flat spots, but i think she can do better.

Bike has stanless-steel headers, Hurrics carbon cans and BMC filter.

seems like it's accelerating at a fairly steady pace. Can you feel the diff?

I shimmed mine a little more @ 1mm frt and 1.5mm r, but it's a different animal with the 2 into 1. It's difficult to assess fine differences w/o a dyno, but that go pro is fantastic because it lets you focus on the tach. Also, if you start to compare and time vids, you might be able to contrive your own dyno of sorts huh.

stainless steel headers....are these diff from OEM?

i am waiting for the 48 pilots and 178/180 mains
than if it runs with no issues on the road(flat sports, hesitations)
i will put it on dyno to see how it goes

but for now i can only wait as the weather is ....

another thing i notoced
before with the stock carb set up and the header/cans/bmc the bike warmed up to 90'C very quickly, no it take 20min get the fan to turn on.

your thermostat is likely stuck open.

what kind of header do you have?

From a video it can be hard to tell. Though it does sound like you are close.
So just write down what you have now so you can go back to it if the changes you make from here don't work out for you. ;)
