Hey man sorry I am just seeing this. I think its better to respond to the thread since that way it sends me an email notice. I think I used coupling for a 1 1/2 inch or inch and a quarter maybe? Just measure the forks and get one that fits inside, there are not a ton of options but the coupler stuff is a bit wider and stouter. Cut the length you want then cut it in half top to bottom. Then reassemble the halves to space the fork up. I would figure and inch or so of pvc would be a good start if you are bottoming.
