Oil sensor pressure sensor?

What is the grommeted wire fitting directly below the CCT off the rear cylinder. Oil pressure sensor? Also, what happens when its oil covered? Bad seal?

Speedo sensor. I think there is just an oring under it. Unbolt it and take a look. There should be no concerns in doing that. Just don't drop anything down the hole!

Or the CCT gasket could be leaking onto it.

Or even the CCT itself. Especially if they're manual.

Or maybe you're talking about the ground wire. In that case, I would just focus on the CCT as the source of oil.

yep! my ape's leak a little bit of oil right there too..... I need to fix that

I had APE's that leaked a little there too- pulled the bolts one at a time, put threadlock on them and cranked them on there tighter and that fixed the problem.

I dont have ape CCT's on this bike yet, just the stockers. I had to do the RR before the ape's but I guess I am being prompted by the universe to do these now.
