ignition coil help

hi folks i,ve had my 99 firestorm in bits all winter [contiuing the streetfighter build] and am putting it back together again.... trouble is i forgot to lable which wires go to the coil for the front cylinder and which go for the coil for the rear cylinder. i have green and a yellow for one and a green and a blue for the other..does it matter which goes to which as i understand it has a wasted spark anyway?
thanks folks.

Nope you should be able to hook them up however you'd like.

actually they need to be on the right cyl. just because it is a wasted spark set up doesn't mean it fires on the other cyl. compression stroke.... I'll look the next time I'm out there or check the wiring diagram in the service manual.

thanks for the help

thanks for your help folks but i have looked at the wiring diagram in the manual and all it shows is the wires going to the coils but not defining which is which.
