ACE VenTRa is on a distinguished road
All true, though the way I setup and pressure needed in the 4 jaw, cutting the outer weight is just fine. I have a hub adapter to allow me to spin it around and cut from the other side. This way is a quick easy setup so long as you pay attention to TIR at beginning and concentricity as you go.

Also, I've been weighing sprockets as I go along and I have to say I am surprised at the differences. Between the 530 43T and the 530 41T the 43 is more than a pound heavier. The 520 41T was not much lighter than the 530 41T. The 520 vs 530 chain show a significant difference as well about 2lb, but the front sprockets not so much. However, the OEM 16t with the rubber damper is a much beefier unit than either the JT 520 16T or DID 530 15T and I have to say I think I'd rather have the OEM front sprocket any day. Anyway, at the end of the day there is a significant amount of drive train weight loss to be had from switching to 520 without a doubt. I imagine a 520 setup with a lightened flywheel would be astounding on the butt dyno.
