WHITE ROSE in York
I don't know why they call it that, but the WHITE ROSE THUNDER bike event is in York this weekend. Sept. 19-20-21. They'll have flat track racing on the fairgrounds oval Saturday. Last year, you could lean over the rail and get within inches of the passing bikes. I don't know of any track where you can do that for any type of racing. A 3 day pass is $30.

Cool... do you know when the Jefferson Hillclimb event is? I would like to go see that and find out how I can participate next year

98, the hillclimb is at 12:30 sunday. They had a superhawk running at the hillclimb earlier in the year so try to get a pic of that for the forum if it's there again. Can't make that one but it is in the plans to go to the flat track races Saturday. Probably leaving around 1 or 1:30 from Whiteford if anyone wants to ride up with us. I'm scrambling now to get my tires on so I can ride the Superhawk instead of the VMAX. VMAX screams in a straight line but I sure miss the handling of the Superhawk. I think I got about 20K from the pilot road 2's. Guy at the shop was impressed. You guys still have my number if you want to meet up? Tim
